Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from Puerto Rico. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Because our brand operates from Puerto Rico, shipping costs may be slightly higher compared to mainland U.S. locations. We do our best to offer affordable and reliable options for all customers.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS for reliability and tracking accuracy. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Taíno Threadz is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs processes.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Taíno Threadz is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
